  • Does your gemstones natural?

Jewelry: all our jewelry is created with natural gemstones or pearls from our earth. The creation process begins with hand-selecting each crystal that goes into making a piece of jewelry makes every piece is genuine and identical.

Crystal Specimens: Our crystal specimens are sourced globally with love. The mineral curation process begins intuitively where we make an energetic connection with a crystal.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Yee-len accepts payment via MasterCard, PayPal and Visa. 

Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

You must comply with the ‎terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment ‎processors, and if you have any ‎disputes regarding the processing of your payment you must deal ‎directly with those third parties to ‎resolve the disputes. You authorize ‎to charge all amounts to the ‎payment method details you provide to us. You represent and warrant that each ‎credit card or other ‎payment method you use for payment to us belongs to you, and you have the right to charge all ‎such ‎payments on the credit card or other payment method.‎

  • Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • When will my order ship?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you.

Our standard order processing time is up to five business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

  • How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number by email once we ship your order.

You can also login to your account > your order on our website and track your shipment status.

Orders & Returns

  • Can I cancel or modify ?

Modifying or cancelling an order is always possible with an Yee-len account so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped, or as otherwise permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

To modify or cancel your order: 

  1. Log in to your Yee-len account.
  2. Click on the Order History tab on the right-hand side.
  3. Under Modify, select the subject of your request.
  4. Fill out the contact form and send us your request.

Contact our Customer Care team if you do not have an Yee-len account and would like to make changes to your existing order. Our Customer Care team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue.

  • What is your return policy?

Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Canada and the United States. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
  • Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • How do I return or exchange a order?

you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. Yee-len adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

Yee-len does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you received any items that were damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll take care of the rest!
